We are located on Hatteras Island and leave every morning from Oden’s dock easily located in Hatteras Village off Hwy 12. We have over 15 species of duck and geese with our largest populations being Pintails, Redheads, and Atlantic Brant. You will hunt over large and high quality decoy spreads. Boats: 24′ Carolina Skiff
Blinds: Large comfortable solidly built blinds that comfortably fit 3 hunters and a guide and all their gear. We also hunt out of coffin boxes and layout boats when conditions are right.
Decoys: We use high quality Big Foot, G&H, Greenhead Gear decoys

Waders: Chest waders are preferred.
Guns:     Heavier gauges are preferred because of the open water shooting.  At least a 12 gauge chambered in 3″ should be brought here although kids shooting 20 gauges are successful. Heavier gauges will provide more shooting opportunities.
Shells:     All waterfowl must be taken with non-toxic shot (steel, tungsten, bismuth, etc.).  If you can afford it I strongly suggest you get Hevi Shot it is expensive but you will be more successful.  I personally use Hevi Shot and some less expensive shells for cripples.
Personal:     Camo clothing, rain gear, hats gloves, gloves, face masks, etc.
